My flight is booked!

It's official now! I'll be leaving the OBX on September 1st, heading to Boston to share a so-long BBQ with family and friends at my brother's place in MA before flying out of Logan on the 3rd for Queensland. And tho I am excited about setting out on this adventure... working with Rod and company at Marlin Coast Veterinary Clinic, volunteering with his wife Jen in the rescue/rehab of sea turtles, meeting new people and exploring a land I've dreamed of for a long time, I already miss the folks I may not see for a while.

And so you may able to find me when you figure "What the heck... how about a trip to a land where the toilets flush clockwise"... here's a map of northeast Queensland (click on the map to enlarge)... the clinic is on Trinity Beach.
