A bit of an update

Hello to all my friends and family.

I wanted to post a few pics I took recently from my little spot of eden here at Trinity Beach. And yes, the pic of Kermit (a white lipped tree frog) was also in Trinity Beach... she was clinging to the bathroom mirror at Kim and Digby's house last weekend during a wonderful dinner party they had for a bunch of us.

I miss you all back home and I hope all is well.

A bit of an update

Emerald Falls

Hello again to all my friends and family.

This past weekend Megan, Jeff and I went on a wonderful hike up to Emerald Falls. When we arrived at the trail head and got out of the car, I believe my first comment was "Now this is Crocodile Dundee country". And though the water was a little chilly, a quick dip in one of the pools was great way to cool off from the heat.

It absolutely amazes me that you can be in a beautiful place like this one minute and be back in the rainforest only 30 minutes down the road.
